Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage hub phone calls and walk-ins to ensure prompt and efficient handling of enquiries, aiming for increased employer and student satisfaction.
  • Dedicate efforts to convert initial EPSILON/enquiry through to enrolment.
  • Provide accurate program advice to prospective students in line with their goals, ensuring student satisfaction.
  • Conduct enrolment interviews as a secondary component to the role, undertaking suitability and pre-training review assessments to confirm student meets course requirements.
  • Complete pre-training review interview with student to ensure suitability for enrolment into the course.
  • Undertake eligibility assessment and confirm student's eligibility status in accordance with VET funding contract.

About You:

A highly motivated individual with previous experience in the vocational education sector is required. Knowledge of education and/or admissions and recruitment including experience in a face-to-face or phone-based environment is essential. Understanding of nurture marketing and student recruitment lifecycles, a working knowledge of VET funding contract and eligibility requirements coupled with experience in dealing with non-native English speakers from diverse backgrounds will be crucial to success. CRM experience will be highly regarded.

Qualifications:

Certificate III in Business or Business Administration, or equivalent experience within a related field.
