Job Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Day Shift Technician. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and comprehensive maintenance services to clients.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a minimum certificate III Electrical/Electrotechnology electrician non-restricted license and experience in maintaining critical & temperature control conditioned environments. You will be required to operate within strict Health and Safety standards, business risk, and maintaining 100% uptime criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational: Ensure maintenance activities within buildings are carried out with due regard to Health and Safety, business risk, and maintaining 100% uptime criteria.
  • People: Provide leadership and guidance, advice, coaching, and direct support to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment, recognition/reward, and appraisal systems.
  • Quality And Safety: Responsible for administrative tasks related to QHSE, reporting, and management of work management system.
Requirements
  • Must understand all associated safety code-related requirements relative to providing the service.
  • Experience with Health & Safety Risk Assessments and Control Measures.
  • Detailed understanding and experience of electrical and mechanical systems used in data center environments.
  • Prior exposure to maintenance scheduling and subcontractor management and supervision.
