About the Role

You will lead the strategic oversight and optimisation of our extensive land assets.

You will drive initiatives to support operational and financial goals.

You will identify commercial opportunities, manage property development projects, and ensure the portfolio aligns with our broader strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Asset Management:
    • Assess properties for highest and best use, focusing on operational and financial optimisation.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Develop and manage budgets, track financial performance, and maximise returns through strategic sales, leases, or developments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, and community stakeholders to support development and address concerns.

Qualifications and Skills

You'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in property management, development planning, or asset optimisation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in securing council approvals and managing large-scale development processes.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to assess project feasibility.
  • Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
