We are seeking a skilled Concrete Mixer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in mixing concrete to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our premix mixes, meeting customer needs and expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality control
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Batching concrete to specific mix designs using our computer system
  • Allocating trucks and deliveries to meet customer requirements
  • Performing general plant maintenance and labouring duties

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A good understanding of chain of responsibility legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and confident customer interaction
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Confident computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethics

Requirements include:

  • Heavy Rigid or Heavy Combination licence
  • Loader and forklift licences
  • First Aid would be advantageous

We offer a competitive hourly rate and 25% casual loading. The role has the potential to become permanent full-time. We also provide training and development opportunities and a great management and team culture.

We have a broad product range for small domestic jobs through to large commercial projects, serviced by our concrete plants located in Bendigo and Newbridge.
