Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness, revenue growth, and market share for a portfolio of Premium and Select brand hotels in Melbourne.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams, Field Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, social media plans, and F&B campaigns to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Engage with owners, hotel GMs, and other stakeholders to represent the marketing discipline and deliver regular reports and updates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regional and local media contacts, influencers, and content creators to drive PR buzz and brand reputation.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in hospitality or tourism marketing.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Proven leadership skills, creative mindset, and ability to connect-the-dots.
  • Metric-driven marketing mind with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
