Job Title:

Tendering and Contract Management Lead

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective end-to-end tendering processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and driving commercial outcomes across various sectors.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and leading the tendering capability from the ground up, identifying and pursuing procurement and tender opportunities across government and enterprise sectors;
  • Coordinating the preparation of responses for RFQs, RFPs, and other tender formats, developing pricing models and commercial strategies aligned with business targets;
  • Ensuring all responses meet compliance, legal, and submission requirements, managing internal workflows and documentation to support timely and accurate submissions;
  • Tracking tender outcomes, reporting on performance, and implementing improvements to increase win rates, collaborating with broader departments to drive commercial outcomes.


Requirements:
  • University Degree qualified in a relevant field, such as Commerce or Business;
  • Experience in commercial sales, business development, or account management, particularly in government or B2B procurement processes;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines;
  • Proactive mindset geared towards building and improving internal processes, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
  • Adept at tracking and analysing performance data to inform future tendering strategies.
