About the Role

As a strategic contract specialist, you will oversee contract administration for key projects within our commercial construction team. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Develop and review contracts to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication with subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • Support project managers in tender response development and coordination.
  • Contribute to accurate financial reporting and compliance tracking.
Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills and experience in contract administration. Key qualifications include:

  • Relevant degree in building & construction or similar field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in contract administration roles within commercial construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial contracting models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Victorian commercial and government project environments and stakeholder dynamics.
