Civil Engineering Technician Position

Job Title: Civil Engineering Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Technician to contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of civil engineering projects.
  • Conduct site surveys, collect data, and perform tests to support project feasibility and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Provide technical support during construction phases, including monitoring progress and resolving on-site issues.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in civil engineering projects, including site surveys, drafting, and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
