Job Summary

This is a senior role that involves overseeing project schedules, providing scheduling services, and conducting pre-baseline reviews to ensure adherence to contractual requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement schedule management processes for diverse projects
  • Analyze contractor's programs and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Presentation of progress updates and highlighting key risks and opportunities to clients
  • Identification of corrective actions and creation of acceleration programs in case of delays
  • Conduct delay analysis and issue reports
Requirements
  • Tertiary degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • At least 8 years' experience as a Scheduler/Planner on building projects
  • Independently managing mission-critical projects is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with MS Project and Primavera P6
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end project processes
  • Excellent communication skills
Desirable Skills
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Experience working on complex projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
