Job Summary

Rp Infrastructure is a leading Project Management and Advisory firm, delivering complex projects across Australia. We provide integrated project solutions, partnering with government agencies, not-for-profits, and iconic brands.

This Construction Programmer role will work collaboratively with a high-achieving team to develop and maintain complex schedules. The Programme will be responsible for providing crucial reporting and advising clients on current outcomes and projections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the PMO, Project Managers, and designers in creating project development strategies.
  • Liaise with the Project leadership team to assist and support.
  • Integrate individual schedules into a master schedule.
  • Develop project schedules using P6 scheduling, Asta Power Projects, and/or Ms Projects.
  • Vet external contractors' programmes and produce reports on methodology and constructability.
  • Integrate dashboards via industry-standing applications like Power BI.
  • Provide critical analysis and suggest improvements to works.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in major construction projects as a programmer/planner/scheduler.
  • Proficient in P6 scheduling, Asta Power Projects, and/or Ms Projects.
  • Strong report writing skills and critical analysis required.
  • High attention to detail and outcome-focused mindset.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines are desirable.
