Job Opportunity:

Director Service Delivery and Performance

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in our hospital at home, community health, and other service delivery programs.

  • Manage a large multidisciplinary team across clinical and non-clinical functions.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the workforce.
  • E Embed innovative models of care.
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure safe, seamless, high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Provide strategic oversight of budgets and financial performance.
  • Oversee regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement using data-driven decisions.

Your Background:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Nursing, or Allied Health.
  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience in hospital, community health, or acute/sub-acute healthcare service delivery.
  • Proven success in managing budgets, financial performance, and large multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to lead change, innovation, and best practice.
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
