Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-driven Accounts Clerk to process high volumes of energy bills.
Duties and Responsibilities- Validate and process high volumes of energy bills across multiple clients and vendors.
- Evaluate billing compliance with contract terms, usage data, and tariffs.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies or disputes.
- Maintain accurate billing records in reporting platforms.
- Identify and escalate billing anomalies or inefficiencies.
- Previous experience in accounts, billing, or energy sector roles.
- High attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with task management.
- Able to manage routine work efficiently and accurately.
- Desirable: strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Relevant qualification in Accounting or Business Administration
