We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Officer. This position involves providing administrative support to staff and visitors in our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced office environment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be responsible for answering incoming calls and enquiries, providing administration support to the team, coordinating meeting rooms and resources, and ordering stationery and other office supplies.
Duties:- Answer incoming calls and handle enquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, resources, and equipment to ensure efficient use of time and space.
- Order stationery and other office supplies as needed.
- Experience working in a busy office environment as an Administrator or Coordinator.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to balance multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to identify sensitive information and maintain appropriate levels of privacy.
- Current driver's license is essential for this role.
