Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Director of Customer Success to lead our account strategy across Australia. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker who can build trusted partnerships, drive transformation, and lead high-performing teams.

About the Role
  • Shape and deliver a customer-centric strategy creating sustained value and loyalty.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of sales, customer success, and account management professionals.
  • Embed operational excellence and scalable account management practices to drive growth through smart cross-sell, upsell, and retention strategies.
  • Presentation actionable insights and performance outcomes to Executive Leadership Team.
Your Background
  • 8+ years owning strategic client portfolios driving measurable growth with a proven track record in building operational backbone of account management.
  • 3+ years leading teams in sales, customer success, or account management with experience within System Integrator delivering transformation across Business Application, Transformation Advisory, Integration, Cloud, Security, AI, and Managed Services.
  • Proven experience turning complex client needs into commercial wins by leveraging business applications, cloud technologies, and managed services.
