Senior Operations Director

The role of Senior Operations Director is a strategic leadership position that plays a crucial part in the growth and expansion of our Network Services division across Australia.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Full accountability for delivering contracts and business initiatives, as well as managing risks and issues.
    • Setting strategic direction and leading the implementation and service delivery of the Network Services business.
    • Effective coordination of projects, including oversight of inter-dependencies and project management.
    • Managing a portfolio of projects, including change management, contract management, risk management, and governance.
    • Providing support and thought leadership to internal stakeholders in developing service delivery ideas.
    • Supporting the vision of an inclusive and innovative organisation driving high performance while addressing growth, environmental impacts, and opportunities.
    • Delivering exceptional customer experience, maximising opportunities and business uplift.
  • Your qualifications should include:
    • Tertiary qualification.
    • Water or wastewater experience preferred.
    • A forward thinking mindset with exceptional strategic, financial, project, program, and motivational skills.
    • Ability to build strong networks that yield excellent outcomes.
    • Proven track record of providing strategic direction and inspirational leadership.
