Job Requirements:

  • First point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services
  • Assist residents and their families in their journey into residential Aged Care
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Keep on top of paperwork and record keeping
  • Showcase our home to future residents and their families
  • Conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources
