Aged Care Nursing Position

Buscojobs is seeking a seasoned Aged Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care and support in aged care facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care for patients with complex mental health needs.
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment through effective teamwork and communication.

  • Lead and mentor other healthcare professionals as required.

Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant professional body.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in mental health nursing.
  • Strong clinical and risk management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
