About the Role

As the Internal Communications and Corporate Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies to connect targeted audiences with Workwear Group's value propositions, including our customer offering, key business priorities, project initiatives, and employee value proposition.

This role will involve:

  • Developing and leading the WWG corporate communication and engagement framework to connect targeted audiences with Workwear Group's value propositions.
  • Improving the effectiveness of WWG's change management efforts through targeted communication plans, content development, and associated collateral in consultation with change leads.
  • Determining metrics for and tracking the effectiveness of communication campaigns and seeking continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with other members of the Marketing and Communications team and external partners to oversee and ensure the execution of all required deliverables.
  • Partnering with the People team to support attraction and retention strategies, innovating our internal brand with a clear nod to our vision, culture, and values.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing communication strategies to engage targeted audiences.
  • Creating and disseminating content to support business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
  • Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on communication best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with change communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
  • Experience working with agencies and external partners.
