We now have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager to join our Marketing & Corporate Affairs team based in Melbourne or Sydney.

About the opportunity

ISPT's Marketing and Corporate Affairs function is responsible for managing the organisation's brand, reputation and strategic marketing and communications across the portfolio. The role of Internal Communications Manager will design, develop and execute tailored internal communication solutions that deliver clear and consistent communication to employees. A key focus will be on the creation of internal communications strategies and deliverables that enhance and influence employee experiences, engage and inform our people via timely, compelling and transparent communication across multiple channels and support leaders to communicate clearly to this important stakeholder group.

**Other tasks will include**:

- With the GM Communications develop an internal communications strategy including establishing channels and a calendar of communications activity.
- Collaborate with and support the People & Culture team to develop initiatives and communication strategies that promote employee engagement and collaboration.
- Assist with communications for major organisational and transformational changes, (including org design) ensuring employees are provided with clear and transparent information.

About you

With a track record of devising and implementing effective communication strategies across multiple internal channels, and an ability to simplify complex information, you thrive on working closely with senior leaders to craft and deliver effective messaging enterprise wide.
- Experience in internal communications roles within a corporate environment (experience in a property or financial services is desirable but not essential).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong ability to imbue internal communication with appropriate tone and emotion.
