Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting group, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing transformative solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant, Functional, or Technical Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform configuration and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workshop, analyze, and document business requirements related to ServiceNow integrations.
  • Design high-volume, data-intensive integrations.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications.
  • Build integrations to big data platforms.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant / Functional / Technical Business Analyst.
  • Certification in ServiceNow CSA or ITIL v4 is highly regarded.
  • Strong skills in ServiceNow platform configuration and integration.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub.
  • Experience with designing custom integration hub 'Spokes.'
  • Exposure to Workflow Data Fabric is a strong plus.
  • Experience with building integrations to Data Lake/Data Warehousing platforms like Google BigQuery/DataBricks is advantageous.
