Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to transform complex challenges into elegant solutions.
- The ideal candidate will discover, elicit, refine and model business requirements for agreed projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documenting processes, requirements and changes to agreed standards and formats
- Current state and future state process mapping
- Identifying delivery and operational risks
- Impact assessment and input to process and system solution design
- Organising and coordinating business analysis efforts
- Assessing the performance and value of solutions in use
About You:
- A highly skilled analyst with experience in eliciting, documenting and managing technical requirements is required
- You should have exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and vice-versa
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
