Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation and Energy Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing energy transformation projects as part of our Grid Consulting service. You will coordinate and manage studies, business case and techno-economic analyses, and proof-of-concept initiatives for energy system operators, industrial and commercial enterprises, and energy asset developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement energy transformation projects
  • Coordinate and manage studies, business case and techno-economic analyses
  • Lead business transformation projects and organizational change initiatives across the industry
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A university degree in engineering, business or economics
  • Professional experience in consulting (minimum 3 years)
  • Expertise in one more of the following fields: Energy system decarbonization, renewable energy and storage technologies, power utilities, industrial decarbonization, power system digitalization, energy system modelling, and business transformation consulting
  • Relevant experience working and communicating with utilities, regulators, investors, municipalities and developers
  • Good communication skills in a business environment - proficient in English
