Job Title

We are seeking passionate and engaging Teacher Artists to join our drama school, servicing campuses across Queensland. Our focus is on providing a unique and captivating experience for children, with a emphasis on growing greatness through care, creativity, connection, and courage.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering classes and workshops that spark joy and creativity in children. You will be highly personable, energetic, and able to quickly engage students, while developing high-quality relationships with both the students and their families.

This is a hands-on student-facing role, requiring flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow with us. We value team members who embody our core values of care, courage, connection, and creativity, and are passionate about teaching and working with children and young people.

We offer a supportive and creative team environment, with opportunities for growth and development within our organisation. If you have a Blue Card, tertiary education in drama or theatre, and a passion for teaching, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • A Blue Card is required.
  • Tertiary education in drama or theatre is essential.
  • You should feel energized when working with children and young people.
  • A passion for teaching is necessary.
  • You should have an inquisitive nature, wanting to continue learning.
  • A breadth and depth of knowledge in theatre/drama is expected.
  • A First Aid Certificate would be beneficial.
  • A reliable vehicle for travel to workshops and classes is required.
  • A charismatic personality is essential.
