We're seeking a skilled Content Developer to collaborate with our team in the education sector. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful change by creating engaging, inclusive content that supports both students and teachers.



About the Role

In this collaborative and purpose-driven team, you'll work closely with educators, designers, and program leads to develop and rebrand educational content aligned with curriculum standards and strategic goals.
  • Develop curriculum-aligned resources in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Create multimedia content including videos, infographics, and interactive modules
  • Ensure accessibility and brand alignment across all materials
  • Support continuous improvement through feedback and data insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality educational content


About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Experience in education or school-based environments
  • Strong skills in instructional design and content creation tools (e.g. Canva Pro, Adobe Acrobat Pro)
  • Understanding of ACARA, QCAA, and NAPLAN frameworks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in content creation or educational design
  • Eligibility to work in Australia and hold a valid Blue Card
  • National Criminal Check and valid QLD Driver's Licence
