ICT Network Specialist

Your role as an ICT Specialist involves operating complex systems to facilitate effective communication over vast distances, ensuring seamless connectivity within the Army.
This hands-on position requires establishing, maintaining, and managing voice and data networks and services across military systems and networks. You will gain highly sought-after ICT skills and may obtain recognised qualifications and experience.
The ICT Specialist pathway offers expertise in three areas:
- Information Systems Technician: build and maintain data networks through software and hardware installation and management.
- Communication Systems Operator: operate and manage radios and equipment to establish crucial communications networks.
- Telecommunications Technician: install and maintain satellite terminals and networks in a hands-on role.

Upon completion of Initial Military Training and Initial Employment Training, you could earn $77,450 per annum plus 16.4% Superannuation.
