Art and Design Instructor Position

We are seeking a creative art educator to develop artistic skills in students.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging Art and Design lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Taught diverse media and techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, digital art, and textiles.
  • Enhance creativity, critical thinking, and artistic confidence in students.
  • Evaluate pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a safe, well-organized classroom environment.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, exhibitions, and extracurricular activities like art clubs and competitions.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Art and Design.
  • Able to engage, motivate, and challenge students of all abilities.
  • Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Passion for inspiring students and fostering a love of art.
