Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global and local service delivery teams. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing contracted services that meet or exceed client expectations.

About This Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for the successful delivery of services to clients. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the business, industry, and market, as well as sales strategies, account/program management, service delivery, and financial analysis.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, able to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Global and/or Local Delivery of Services provided by Unisys to a particular account or group of accounts.
  2. Establishes, leads and maintains tight control of a skilled team of delivery resources for an account to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems.
  3. Manages the statement of work and controls risks, scope of work and budget.
  4. Participates in contract and account governance.
  5. Establishes clear communication channels with the client and internally from a strategic and operational perspective.
  6. Monitors and reports on financial health of the account and remedies any financial misses or anomalies.
  7. Takes ownership and accountability for all client issues to satisfactory resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 5+ years of related professional experience, 2+ years managing specific area.
  • Essential qualifications in IT, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • A proven track record in effective communications, managing service delivery and relationship management skills.
