Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and production manufacturing, with a focus on ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate systems (SAP, LCMS, Atlas) to access customer orders, products/ingredients stock availability, release orders, and prepare shipments.
  • Gather ordered samples and control that encapsulation, containers/dispensers, product labels, and packaging comply with product safety and transportation regulations.
  • Prepare all necessary technical documentation required for transportation and customs clearance (for international shipments).
  • Monitor sample stocks and product rotation and dispose of obsolete materials.
  • Track sample shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Liaise with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Care, Manufacturing, C&A, and Commercial to solve customer complaints related to e.g. product availability and/or quality and/or shipping delays.
  • Return excess/rejected samples to appropriate business unit and follow up on any missing/outstanding samples.
  • May train and/or coach less experienced specialists.

Requirements

  • Must have 4-6 years of experience in logistics in a production manufacturing facility.
  • Vocational diploma (pre-university level) in any discipline is desirable.
  • Good command in SAP, LCMS, ATLAS, and GSD applications is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of product safety and transportation regulations.
  • Superior attention to detail and customer focus skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced/evolving environment.
  • Must be reliable and responsible at all times.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
