Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in a production manufacturing space. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate systems (SAP, LCMS, Atlas) to access customer orders, products/ingredients stock availability, release orders and prepare shipments.
  • Gather ordered samples and control that encapsulation, containers/dispensers, product labels, and packaging comply with product safety and transportation regulations
  • Prepare all necessary technical documentation required for transportation and customs clearance (for international shipments).
  • Monitor sample stocks and product rotation and dispose of obsolete materials.
  • Track sample shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Liaise with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Care, Manufacturing, C&A and Commercial to solve customer complaints related to e.g. product availability and/or quality and/or shipping delays.
  • Return excess/rejected samples to appropriate business unit and follow up on any missing/outstanding samples.
  • May train and/or coach less experienced specialist
Requirements
  • Must have 4-6 years of experience in logistics in a production manufacturing facility
  • Vocational diploma (pre-university level) in any discipline is desirable
  • Good command in SAP, LCMS, ATLAS and GSD applications is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations
  • Strong knowledge of product safety and transportation regulations
  • Superior attention to detail and customer focus skills
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced/evolving environment
  • Must be reliable and responsible at all times
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
