Warehouse Export Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Export Administrator to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth export of goods from our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate daily replenishment reports and send relevant documentation to 3PL partners
- Process shipping files and delivery paperwork for customer orders
- Resolve inventory issues and discrepancies with 3PL partners
- Raise purchase orders as required
- Receipt stock and samples into our system
- Process export documentation and update shipment files
- Provide daily updates to stakeholders and participate in internal meetings
- Proven experience in export documentation and logistics
- Dangerous goods management certification
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- SAP experience preferred but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Logistics and inventory management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and customer focus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
