We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to lead our team of educators at our Rouse Hill Centre.
About You- A highly motivated and caring professional with a Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, eager to take advantage of structured ongoing professional learning opportunities and mentor others.
- An energetic and confident leader who has experience in implementing daily program activities that engage and positively impact children in their care.
- To design and deliver engaging and interactive educational programs for young children, incorporating best practice and promoting social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement centre-wide initiatives that drive quality and excellence in early childhood education.
- To maintain accurate records and evaluate programs, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
- To communicate effectively with centre management, teachers and parents, building strong relationships and supporting the needs of the community.
