Bring your Marketing and Program Management experience to our client, a global leader within the technology industry. This is a contract role until June 2025 with strong prospects to extend to 18-months and is open to those with working rights in Australia (must be able to work AEST time zone).
**The Opportunity**
This role provides direct support to the Chief Learning Officer. As a Skills Marketing Program Manager, you will be accountable for the marketing, communications and events strategy aligned to the three audience programs (internal and external). You will also be accountable for the Worldwide Learning (WWL) Organisations end to end breadth skilling outreach and programs directly for customers.
**Your duties will include, but are not limited to**:
- Lead and own accountability for breadth customer skilling (unmanaged accounts
- Manage non-managed account intake process for provision of skilling assets, engaging directly with account teams and their customers as required.
- Joint go-to-market program design and execution with external stakeholders to lead the Developer Skilling motion.
- Joint co-marketing planning and execution with managed third-party Learning Partners.
- Develop PR and case studies for skilling success stories.
- Provide marketing, communications, event, and program management support.
- Serve as the program lead for the Learn for Educators Program in partnership with key team stakeholders.
- Execute the National Skills Initiative Program lead for WWL deliverables as part of the broader program remit.
- Develop the Skills Marketing & communications strategy, design, and deliverables aligned with core audience programs.
- Communicate program impact and status to stakeholders and employees via all aligned communication channels.
- Manage external social media and marketing efforts.
- Build regular management review presentation decks for key leadership meetings locally and globally.
- Lead and execute all external and internal-facing Skills Marketing events.
- Provide administration support for CLO/Management Team activities (offsites, team events, team meetings, and calendar support as needed).
- Conduct KPI and OKR reporting & analysis for the CLO. Derive analytical insights on the state of the programs and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage tooling, budgets, and approvals on behalf of the CLO.
**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience working in the tech/corporate space
- Experienced marketer.
- Program management & delivery experience (preferably in skilling and enablement programs).
- Working knowledge/experience of Cloud Services & Solutions is a plus.
- Very strong written and communication skills (presentations)
- Data and analytics expertise (Excel, data analysis, reporting).
- Proficiency in presentation building/PowerPoint.
- Customer and employee-facing communications experience (internal + external).
- Interest/passion for skilling.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in customer and/or partner-facing roles (sales, marketing, service, or support).
