Corporate Governance Associate Role

This position supports corporate secretariat functions and ensures compliance across a dynamic portfolio of companies, trusts, and joint ventures.

You will assist in the preparation of ASIC and GEMS corporate filings, trust and entity setups, and wind-ups. Additionally, you will help with business name and trademark registrations, renewals, and statutory body requirements.

The role involves coordinating quarterly Group Management and Finance Committee meetings using Nasdaq Board Vantage. You will maintain Board Vantage portal access and support meeting minute preparation. Furthermore, you will draft and manage written resolutions, circular resolutions, and key governance documents using DocuSign.

You will also assist in developing governance templates, filing architecture, and process improvements. Finally, you will manage bank guarantee administration and provide general legal team support.
