Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Face of the Signature Wellness Lounge: Welcome our VIP Signature Wellness members with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service.
  • Support Cutting-Edge Treatments: Assist clients with various healing modalities, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their experience.
  • Elevate Member Experience: Proactively engage with members to understand their individual wellness goals, offering guidance and insights to help them personalise their journey.
  • Create a Welcoming Environment: Maintain a serene and polished atmosphere that enhances the overall experience of our Recovery Lounge.
  • Ensure Seamless Operations: Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth daily operations and the delivery of high-quality services to all clients.
