DevOps Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled DevOps expert to shape and advance our company's DevOps capabilities. As a Senior DevOps Lead, you will drive automation, operational excellence, and platform efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team to design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with Agile teams to embed best practices, and ensure scalable, secure infrastructure.

  • Lead delivery pipelines aligned with strategic goals, ensuring resource efficiency and execution excellence.
  • Champion Agile and DevOps practices, fostering a culture of accountability, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive automation-first principles and standardisation to streamline processes, improve quality, and reduce manual effort.
  • Mentor and develop team capability, promoting a learning culture and innovation.
  • Develop, optimise, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
  • Enhance platform monitoring, proactively resolve issues, and lead incident management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • 8+ years scripting with Python, Shell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, and REST API integrations.
  • 5+ years DevOps and CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Strong AWS experience: EC2, S3, VPC, networking, EKS (Kubernetes), and OpenShift.
  • Skilled in cloud automation, scaling, monitoring, and networking concepts.
  • Proficient in Git version control and security/monitoring tools like Snyk and Dynatrace.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, deployment automation, and CI/CD testing.
