Job Overview

The DevOps Lead will drive the evolution, enhancement, and adoption of DevOps capabilities across platforms.

Leadership Expectations

The successful candidate will lead a team of DevOps engineers and:

  • Oversee CI/CD pipeline maintenance and optimisation.
  • Lead, mentor, and upskill the team.
Technical Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years scripting and automation experience with Python, Shell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, and REST API integrations.
  • Strong AWS skills: EC2, S3, networking, Kubernetes (EKS), OpenShift (ROSA), and cloud automation.
  • Experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Bamboo with Git version control.
  • Skilled in integrating security, monitoring, and observability tools like Snyk, Fortify, Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNOW.
