DevOps Leadership Opportunity

This is a high-level leadership role that requires strategic vision and technical expertise to drive DevOps capabilities. The Senior DevOps Lead will be responsible for shaping and advancing DevOps practices, driving automation, operational excellence, and platform efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting with Python, Shell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, and REST API integrations. They will also have experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI/CD. In addition, they will be skilled in cloud automation, scaling, monitoring, and networking concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and prioritize delivery pipelines aligned with strategic goals, ensuring resource efficiency and execution excellence.
  • Champion Agile and DevOps practices, fostering a culture of accountability, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive automation-first principles and standardization to streamline processes, improve quality, and reduce manual effort.
  • Mentor and develop team capability, promoting a learning culture and innovation.
  • Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
  • Enhance platform monitoring, proactively resolve issues, and lead incident management efforts.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in scripting with Python, Shell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, and REST API integrations.
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI/CD.
  • Strong AWS experience: EC2, S3, VPC, networking, EKS (Kubernetes), and OpenShift.
  • Skilled in cloud automation, scaling, monitoring, and networking concepts.
  • Proficient in Git version control and security/monitoring tools like Snyk and Dynatrace.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, deployment automation, and CI/CD testing.
