Product Visionary - DevOps Expert

This strategic role involves driving the evolution of DevOps and modern engineering practices across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the DevOps product vision and roadmap, focused on automation, resilience, and observability.
  • Improve incident and problem management maturity by driving root cause analysis and sustainable fixes.
  • Champion the adoption of intelligent operations (e.g., AIOps), using data and automation to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
  • Manage and prioritize a dynamic backlog of DevOps initiatives, aligned to business outcomes and technical goals.
  • Coach cross-functional teams and product owners to embed DevOps thinking and uplift agile delivery practices.
  • Partner with engineers, architects, and delivery leaders to achieve consistent, measurable improvements across platforms.
  • Monitor key health and performance indicators, such as incident volume, deployment frequency, lead time, and recovery metrics.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager within DevOps, platform, or engineering domains, deep understanding of incident/problem management and ITIL principles, knowledge of AIOps tools and approaches, hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring solutions, strong coaching and facilitation skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, and the ability to influence across technical and non-technical groups.
