  • Manage project demands/scope with other organizational units
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for project processes, engaging stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Track and report on project resource demand forecast/actuals
  • Develop and track project delivery quality and performance metrics
  • Manage project teams creation, development, and performance
  • Support Pre-Sales Bid teams with new works or tenders

This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills, with a focus on process improvement and delivery excellence. Key skills include effective communication, problem-solving, and time management.
