**P3M Capability Specialist Lead Role Description**In this dynamic and impactful role, you will lead the development of capability uplift strategies for a diverse P3M community. Your strategic influence and hands-on leadership skills will enable you to shape future delivery excellence.Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and lead a Community of Practice (CoP) to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and embed professional standards for the P3M delivery community.
  • Contribute to the EPMO Workforce Strategy, aligning sourcing and capability development with organisational needs.
  • Influence the ASA Workforce Capability Framework, ensuring it reflects evolving project, program, and portfolio delivery capabilities.
  • Design and deliver capability uplift programs, including training material development and facilitation across the delivery community.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency to enhance delivery outcomes.
  • Provide consultancy-style support to project teams, working hand-in-hand to embed best practices and uplift delivery maturity.
