Lead Delivery Coach

We are seeking a skilled Lead Delivery Coach to champion effective work methods and coach teams to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading agile ways of working, with a strong understanding of coaching, mentoring, and communication skills. They will be instrumental in developing delivery frameworks, adapting industry-leading practices, and promoting collaborative team approaches.

The successful Lead Delivery Coach will:

  • Develop and implement delivery frameworks that suit our needs
  • Coach technical and non-technical leaders, as well as key stakeholders
  • Promote agile practices, principles, roles, scaled agile methodologies, and collaborative team approaches
  • Experience in leading agile ways of working for a portfolio of multiple teams is required

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in coaching agile and lean ways of working
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Significant experience of leading delivery framework development, deployment, and embedment within complex corporate environments
  • Relevant industry or specialism qualifications, e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, DaD, Kaizen, etc.
