Compulsory Acquisition Leader

We are seeking a seasoned and motivated individual to lead our compulsory acquisition practice.

  • Expertise in compulsory acquisition, including litigation;
  • Excellent case analysis and practice management skills;
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues to drive the practice forward;
  • Positive and proactive mindset in relation to business and practice development;

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of post-admission experience and a strong drive to grow the practice. They will be responsible for supervision of lawyers and support staff conducting a compulsory acquisition practice, contributing to skills development within the team, and collaborating with other parts of the practice to support work and client acquisition.

The successful candidate will be a committed and enthusiastic individual who possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
