As a seasoned professional, you will bring significant practising experience in compulsory acquisition, including litigation, and excellent case analysis and practice management skills. You will be responsible for supervision of lawyers and support staff conducting a compulsory acquisition practice, contributing to skills development within the team, and collaborating with other parts of the practice to support work and client acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have a positive and creative mindset in relation to business and practice development, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately. Requirements and Qualifications- A minimum of 6 years post-admission experience with expertise in compulsory acquisition and litigation;
- Excellent case analysis and practice management skills;
- Ability to supervise a team and drive business development activities;
- Experience in negotiations and conflict resolution;
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner;
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously and satisfactorily;
