Delivering Water and Sewer Infrastructure Maintenance and Construction
About the Role:- This is a key role within our team responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality water and sewer infrastructure maintenance and construction projects.
- Maintaining, constructing, and repairing water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure in accordance with operational plans
- Assisting with CCTV inspections and associated cleaning of infrastructure
- Operating and maintaining small plant and hand tools in a safe and effective manner
- Setting out works and establishing line and level for construction purposes
- Preparing Works-As-Executed drawings showing locations of mains, structures, fittings etc
- Assisting with the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment systems
- Proven experience in construction or trade labouring
- Understanding of Council's Water and Sewer Infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Construction Induction Certificate (WHS White Card)
- Current Class MR Driver Licence
