About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide person-centred care to our residents at the Oasis Residential Aged Care Home in Mildura, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, focusing on dignity and respect
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver exceptional care
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and other support services
  • Develop strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Communicate effectively with the care team and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (desirable)
  • Medication Assist Competency (desirable)
  • Understanding of Aged Care and Residents' rights and responsibilities
  • Dedication to caring for older people to live their best lives
  • 38 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, including rotating shift work
