About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Personal Care Attendants and Disability Support Workers to provide essential support to individuals in need.

As a Personal Care Attendant, you will work in clients' homes, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs. This may include personal care, mobility assistance, and social support.

You will be the caring presence in our clients' lives, providing emotional support and helping them maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and mobility assistance to clients
  • Assist with domestic tasks and maintaining relationships and goals
  • Work collaboratively with clients to identify and address their needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in aged care, disability, or home & community care
  • Qualification in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts in different locations
