About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Personal Care Attendants and Disability Support Workers to provide essential support to individuals in need. This role involves tailored in-home support for our clients' needs, including personal care, mobility assistance, and social support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
  • Offer social support and companionship to clients
  • Help with domestic tasks, such as meal preparation and cleaning

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in aged care, disability, or home & community care
  • Qualification in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts in different locations
