About the Role

Regis Rosebud is situated in the heart of the charming seaside town of Rosebud, close to the beach, wineries, Nepean National Park, and award-winning golf courses. We have permanent part-time Personal Care Assistant roles available with AM and PM shifts.

How You'll Care

  • Provide individualized support, helping residents make choices and maintain independence through personal care and assistance.
  • Assist residents throughout the day, identifying changes in preference, needs, or wellbeing, and seeking assistance if required.
  • Support residents with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and oral care.
  • Offer social and emotional support, engaging residents in lifestyle activities.
  • Help keep residents mobile and assist with meal delivery and service.
  • Complete incident reports, care documentation, and participate in Work Health and Safety programs.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service and make a positive impact in our community.

What You'll Bring

  • Cert III or higher in Individual Support or related studies, such as nursing.
  • Experience in a personal care role in aged care (desirable).
  • A commitment to a holistic care approach and supporting residents to achieve their goals and meet their needs.

We encourage applicants who are currently studying a nursing degree and have completed an aged care clinical placement or hold an overseas nursing qualification to apply.
