About the Role

Regis Rosebud is a charming seaside town with a beautiful beach, wineries, Nepean National Park, and award-winning golf courses nearby. We have permanent part-time Personal Care Assistant roles available with AM and PM shifts.

How You'll Care

  • You'll see each resident as an individual, helping them make choices and be as independent as possible through providing support and care.
  • You'll assist residents throughout the day, identifying changes in preference, needs, or wellbeing, and seeking assistance if required.
  • You'll support residents with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and oral care.
  • You'll provide social and emotional support to residents, including engagement in lifestyle activities.
  • You'll help keep our residents mobile and assist with delivering and serving their meals.
  • You'll complete incident reports, care documentation, and participate in Work Health and Safety programs.
  • You'll work collaboratively as a team to provide service excellence and make a significant difference in our community.

What You'll Bring

  • You'll have a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support or related studies, such as nursing.
  • Experience in a personal care role in aged care is desirable.
  • You'll be committed to a holistic care approach and supporting residents to achieve their goals and meet their needs.

We encourage you to apply if you're currently studying a nursing degree and have completed an aged care clinical placement or have an overseas nursing qualification.
