Job Description

The Clinical Education Specialist role is to design, develop, partner, and deliver clinical education through a structured training and competency program. The purpose of this role is to support the clinical growth and learning of all employees whose role requires them to provide clinical support.

We are looking for someone who has a true passion for developing others and has demonstrated experience in prioritising competing demands, whilst delivering quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify, develop, promote, and facilitate the delivery of Clinical Education via evidenced based, best practice.
  • Facilitate and deliver engaging clinical education presentations.
  • Conduct Clinical Competency Assessments with recommendations.
  • Design, develop and maintain documentation to support the delivery of the curriculum.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably in Nursing, and a record of achievement in implementing education initiatives in complex health service environments.
